Greetings! My name is Zach Bucolo and I am the owner and operator of Ital Bowls.

Growing up in South Florida has been an amazing experience! Our community is the pinnacle for individuals who lead a water based lifestyle. Surfing, diving, paddle boarding, boating, fishing, kayaking, wake boarding ... you name it, we love it!

Shortly after graduating from Jensen Beach High School In 2012 I had the opportunity to move out to Hawaii and fulfill my passion of surfing some of the most prestigious waves in the world. Living out on the islands for over 4 years taught me so much about what I value as a person, and paved a path for me to go on my own voyage.

While in Hawaii I acquired so much knowledge about the power of nutrition, and really got to experience healthy eating habits for the first time in life. Food became the highest priority in my daily routine because it kept me energized and able to stay in the ocean surfing!

Ital Bowls was a vision that came about when I was living on the North Shore of Oahu. I was devouring açaí bowls daily at a local cafe. I loved them because they gave me quality nutrients that kept me at a peak level that sustained my active lifestyle.

After realizing how much I benefited from these staple nutrients, I had the vision to share this feeling with my community back home. I began researching what it would take to create a business in the health food industry. My purpose fueled the passion for educating and providing simple ways to live a healthier lifestyle.

In 2017 I decided to move back to South Florida to get the process started. Myself and a few amazing people in my local community began creating the vision I had dreamed of.

After 6 months of extensive research, planning, and buildout... Ital Bowls was set up for operation! This journey allowed me to build connections with amazing people who saw my drive and determination. The amount of support I received from the community was highly respected and such a blessing.

On January 1st 2018, we began operation throughout the Treasure Coast with a home location on Hutchinson Island. Since then we have been nourishing our community with vital nutrients and a smile daily. It is so fulfilling to see all generations benefiting from our variety of simple and health products.

My journey as a young entrepreneur has gifted me with so many experiences and connections. The goal is to keep growing Ital into a brand that you will be able to find all across the world. The purpose has become clearer in the sense that humanity depends on nutrition more than ever.

It is fulfilling to know that Ital can keep evolving and sharing beneficial ways that allow you to thrive.
